How can I get my ticket and confirmation detail about my package?

When you book your holiday tours and pay for it, your tickets are sent through email. You can take a print of them. The tickets can also be sent to you through courier to your address, if told so.

After cancelling the tour, will I be offered my money back?

It depends on the time period when you cancel the tour. If you cancel it at the last moment, no amount will be refunded while there is also a process of refunding funds on cancelation of tour before some days.
